AIRD maintains a Board of Governors to conduct Association business, determine all questions of policy and direct/supervise all Association work and activities, including the disbursement of funds. Each member of the Board of Governors is entitled to one vote. The Board meets at least twice a year, but can be called upon to meet additionally at the written request of six members. The Board of Governors is composed of current officers, the immediate Past-President of AIRD, Product Liaisons Representatives and Regional Liaisons Representatives.
