PRODUCT LIAISON REPRESENTATIVES – 2011

AIRD’s Product Liaison Representatives are the principal contacts for Association members with Ingersoll-Rand’s Product Managers. Liaisons are responsible for initiating regular communication with members and IR concerning the quality and performance of IR products. Liaisons identify specific problem areas, maintain an ongoing chronicle of IR-recommended solutions and create a timetable within which IR will have solutions in place. Three times a year, liaisons provide progress reports to the Board of Governors and the General Membership.
